Tough Mudder

Kazwell and I have been keeping a fairly routine workout schedule. A couple times a week we run and do body weight exercises and a couple times a week we do weights.
Today was a two and a half mile run and then interval sprints for another half mile.
This was followed by lots of push ups and sit ups and leg raises and planks.
Then we ran another mile.
That's it so far. Gotta keep training. I'd love to hear some suggestions for diff workouts.
